The New White Loft is one of three adjacent studios on the third floor of a fully renovated paper factory in Underwood Street, 5 minutes walking distance from Old Street Tube and Rail Station.
The New White Loft has 2,092 sq ft and can accommodate a maximum of 140 people standing. The studio can be rented separately or in addition with the adjacent Chalet and The New Victorian Loft.
In 2020, Lumiere London refurbished the third floor of a fully renovated paper factory in Underwood Street, 5 minutes walking distance from Old Street Tube and Rail Station.
The new space is 5,850 sq ft in total, separated into three adjacent studios, the New White Loft (2,092 sq ft), the New Victorian Loft (2,433 sq ft), and The Chalet (684 sq ft), connecting both studios in the middle.
Completely refurbished, the building has a modern reception providing a large communal area with a coffee station and refreshments, two passenger lifts, cycle storage facilities, lockers, a drying room, and air condition.
Most importantly, the three studios are DDA compliant and offer wheelchair-friendly access and bathrooms.
The transport links are exceptional with transfer times from King’s Cross St Pancras (Circle, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City, Northern, Metropolitan, Victoria Line, National Rail, and Eurostar), Bank & Monument (Central, Northern, Waterloo and City Line, DLR), Moorgate (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan and Northern Line, and National Rail) and London Bridge Station (Northern and Jubilee Line and National Rail) of five minutes via the underground.
