The Chalet is one of three adjacent studios on the third floor of a fully renovated paper factory in Underwood Street, 5 minutes walking distance from Old Street Tube and Rail Station.
The Chalet has 684 sq ft, connecting The New White Loft and The New Victorian Loft in the middle. This studio can only be rented in addition to either the adjacent New Victorian Loft and/or the adjacent New White Loft.

Underwood Venues
Our Underwood Lofts contain the three adjacent studios on the third floor, The Palm Room on the second floor and Underwood studios on the lower ground floor. The New White Loft and The New Victorian Loft can be booked separately or in addition with The Chalet or each other for up to 210 delegates.
The Palm Room can be booked in addition to the whole third floor or in combination with the Chalet and The New White Loft. It is also possible to book all of the five spaces in Underwood at once.
