Leadership
The aim of this programme is to prepare current and emerging leaders to deliver compelling messages for maximum motivation, inspiration and impact. It is concentrated around three key leadership challenges:
- Motivational Speeches
- Delivering difficult news
- Having an impact in an impromptu scenario
Building Influence and Rapport
This training explores differences between influence, persuasion and manipulation, and focuses on the art of influencing. The course also provides an understanding of the effect of adrenaline on the body and provides practical techniques to help self-regulation.
This training will teach participants the importance of whole self communication, helping to build a skill set for challenging or complex conversations when there is a need to galvanize and influence clients and stakeholders. Participants will have the opportunity to apply the learning by rehearsing a conversation and receive feedback on their style.
Presentation and Impact
During Presentation and Impact our trainers aim to build on individual communication skills with the view of enhancing personal and professional impact. Participants will learn how to use the voice, body language and gesture to improve their personal presence.
This course is highly physical, interactive, and centred around the input and experience of participants as they reflect on habitual behaviours to make more conscious communication.
Women in Business
Our new training programme is designed especially to empower women in the workplace, allowing them to be heard, respected, valued and promoted by their peers. Being seen to make a credible impact with confidence and authenticity is an essential skill for anyone in business, but especially for women competing for, or advancing in, a leadership role within male-dominated sectors.
Delegates will learn how to enhance their personal presence, flex communication style in front of different audiences and release their full potential.
