Our Commitment to Inclusion & Diversity

At Lumiere London, inclusion and diversity are not just values—we live them in everything we do. As a proudly LGBTQI+-owned business, we are committed to creating welcoming, inspiring spaces for all individuals and communities.

We believe that creativity thrives in diverse environments, and we’re passionate about using our platform to support meaningful causes. That’s why we actively partner with a number of charities, educational initiatives, and purpose-driven organisations—offering our venues at reduced rates to help bring their events, workshops, and campaigns to life.

By opening our doors in this way, we aim to remove barriers and empower those making a real impact, fostering collaboration, learning, and social change.
