For each event, you will be assigned a team specific to your project who will work with you end to end and on any future events. This includes Project Manager, Editor, Graphic Designer, Live Stream Producer (on-site), Live Stream Engineer (on-site), 2 x Camera Operators (on-site), Production Assistant (on-site).
A selection of digital tools is used to provide a clear overview of the project timeline.
We will conduct a site survey, a walkthrough, plan camera positions and choreograph the event. Additionally, we offer a full technical rehearsal of the event with your team and any speakers ahead of the event date.
